Job description:

The role of Project Management Assistant is to support the Creative Services Manager in driving projects through the creative and production departments within the agency. The successful candidate will report to the Creative Services Manager and liaise with Client Service, Creative, Project Management and Production departments to facilitate the delivery of projects on time and on budget. Hours of working will be 9.30am – 5.30pm, Mon-Fri.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

* Drawing up and circulating resource allocation sheets in MS Excel
* Assist with organising briefing and work in progress meetings
* Ensure briefings, meetings and work release take place on time
* Project progress chasing
* Monitoring resource usage
* Document gathering and circulating to Heads of Department for sign off
* Coordinating final work sign off prior to release
* Keeping job bags up to date with latest timings, estimates, financial reports and signed off work

Essential requirments:

* Fluent spoken and written business English
* Competence with MS Excel
* Good, clear communication skills – verbal and written
* Good interpersonal skill
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and re-prioritise
* Fast paced, motivated approach to work
* Enthusiastic and outgoing
* Team player – in this culture everyone gets involved to help each other

Additional requirments:

* The successful applicant will have some experience in the above
* Will have worked in a similar fast-paced and creative environment

* Located in central London, a few minutes from Barbican tube station.

Remuneration:

Allowance of £800 a month will be provided to assist with accommodation and subsistence costs.
